Why are boxrec listing unlicensed bouts?

You have one of my pals Jordan black as an 0-1 pro despite never having boxed professionally? Plus he's from Blackpool not Birmingham!

Please don't tell me your going to start recording 'semi-pro' fights which are often conducted under the most questionable circumstances.

If you are going to do that then please record amateurs too.

Dont take this as certain but from what i remember when Haye vs Chisora happened although it was being considered unsanctioned it was listed after it was included in the report by the luxembourg federation , maybe thats whats happened here , maybe malta have considered this to be a pro bill , as lets face it , malta shows are pretty much no different to semi pro / unlicensed shows anyway in the main hence why uk unlicensed promotors are able to take lads over to box actual pros , so in this country your mates fight would probably have been considered unlicensed but maybe not in malta , but like i said dont quote me on that , just think in terms of when there was a big fuss over latvians records , most where recorded as actual pro fights by the latvian board despite being nothing more than bouts in their own gym .
