Thought the scores where abit out i scored the fight 115-115 wouldn't argue with a with either fighter win by a round or 2

I had it 115-114 Sturm.

I think that most rounds could've fairly gone either way.

Really close fight. I thought Geale done enough but you couldn't argue either way. The scores were way out. Geale showed he has a bit of class I thought he boxed well. Hard to see where Sturm goes. Talk of a fight vs Abraham.

I thought it was a fairly tedious fight with no clear winner.

The winner (Geale) now has to face the regular WBA champion Golovkin.

He'll get split in half.

Really? I can't think of a single example of a WBA "Super" Champion fighting a WBA "Normal" Champion. The whole point of creating the Super belt was to earn two lots of sanctioning fees - can hardly see them looking to restrict their revenue streams by forcing this fight.

Geale is tougher than most people give him credit for. Golovkin would be a tough ask, but Geale's superior skills might get him through it.

I'd take Geale over anything UK has at middlewight.

Agreed, just watched the rerun and and scored them even. Would have expected a home decision but pleased for Geale.

I had it 115-114 to Sturm but could have gone by a round either way or a draw.

Decent fight, Geale is a ball of energy shame he doesn't have the punch to match.

I think Golovkin would destroy him. Although as the above poster says its never gonna happen. 2 sanctioning fees are better than 1!!

Yep, expect an all-aussie Sam Soliman defence next for Geale.

Always thought the minute Geale got the decision vs Sylvester that a rematch with Mundine would be on the Horizon. First fight was a good fight, and quite controvesial. Mundine still being arguably the biggest name in Aussie boxing - surely its HAS to happen - and it is no mark time gimmie for Geale - Mundine would be a worthy challenger.
