Anybody go to the show yesterday? Was a top show with some good title fights and some decent prospects boxing! I believe most if not all fights mentioned had boxers trained by Stefys Bulls pro gym.

Carl Wylde beat Jon Anthony (the only local lad to lose)on points in what I thought was a lucky decision, Anthony seemed to be the more positive boxer and landed the bigger shots but Wylde was the better technical boxer! I would of gave othe other way but it would of only been by a round or 2!

The Gavin McDonnell stopped Scott Gladwin in the 6th round in a result that never really looked in doubt, looked like hes got similar qualities to follow in his twins footsteps and this will probably not be his only title!

On the best of undercard Mickey Davies stopped his opponent in the first round looked many levels above, looks like one to watch!
Connor Nixon beat an awkward opponent who came to run on points! He looks to be a prospect with lightening hand speed and footwork!
Andy Townsend won on 2nd round KO and like Mickey looked a class above!
Charlie Thompson beat journeyman Jason Nesbitt and looked good working to the body! He looked sharper than I'd seen before. (Charlie had Danny Oliver, brother of Spencer, in his corner)

I'd like to hear more about that Anthony-Wilde fight as I saw Anthony beat one of the McDonagh brothers in Hove. I had him down to win this one.

Maybe not all but the home fighters who had a few fights were all in with guys that came to win Connor Nixon fought a foreigner with a few wins more wins than losses and he came to win Andy Townend fought a kid who had won as many as hed lost Anthony and wild was a 50/50 fight mcdonnell and gladwin both put there 0's the line in another 50/50 fight... There was more competitive fights on than most small hall shows that are happening I enjoyed it some good fights and I will be defo going to the next show :TU:
