Imports who surprised.

We often see foreign fighters who come to the U.S. and flop.
This thread is dedicated to those who came here, not with much hype, but who turned out to be much more than anyone had thought.
Examples
Azumah Nelson v. Sanchez; look what he became.
Arguello v. Olivares; he turned out pretty good, I'd say.
Sorjaturong v. Gonzalez; won the fight of the year.
Pac v. Ledwaba; Ledwaba was the hyped import coming into that fight, but not when it was over.
So what other imports surprised? (I know the answers were U.S.-centered, but fighters imported to other countries count, too.)
