Tony Pace for Prizefighter? Plea to forum members!

After hearing that Nathan Brough isn't on Prizefighter then why not get Tony Pace in?

I know this forum has shown a lot of appreciation to Pace, so it would be great for BoxRec to get behind it. What do we think..?

Pace has had it unbelievably tough - fighting a 3-0 prospect on his debut (Joe Hughes), losing a real close decision to Gareth Piper in his second fight (that I thought was a draw) and then going on to face real talents Ronnie Heffron and Lewis Rees - giving them good fights before going on to beat a 4-0 prospect (Francis Luke Robinson). Pace also fought Fred Evans in March 2011 in the amateurs and lost by 7 points I think it was.

I really can't think of a fighter more suited for Prizefighter - both in terms of style (anyone that's seen Pace fight knows that he comes for a war) and that Prizefighter is the break that he needs.

I'd love to see this take off like it did for Jeff Thomas so Tweet Eddie Hearn if you can. Thanks, that's my plea over!

(And Pace can make lightweight, just in case anyone sees his record and thinks he can't.)

You're a Liverpool fan aren't you, Dewi?

That'll do. Will get onto Mr Hearn now.

Nar we have a common enemy.

Good luck on your boy getting in.

P.S Can someone tell me who Lawrence Porch is? Boxrecer who follows me on twitter and I can't put an alias to him.

I see Pace has got a British Masters shot against the unbeaten Lance Sheehan from Aberdare in December. Im sure they've fought as amateurs and pace won

Correct. Pace beat Sheehan in March 2011.
