Hotels/BnB's near Manchester Arena

Can anyone recommend a hotel/BnB near Manchester Arena for the Hatton fight on 24th November? All the typical ones are full like the Ibis, Travellodge, Premier Inn etc. I guess I left deciding to go a bit late.

Try somewhere down the road in Fallowfield or Didsbury maybe? Bus/Taxi ride away.
