Apparently it's true according to some reliable sources. Nathan Cleverly is fighting at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles on 10th November. There will be a press conference on Monday to announce details.

Frankie Gavin v Junior Witter will be at York Hall on 1st November and Enzo Maccarinelli v Ovill McKenzie will be in Liverpool on November 9th.

Id imagine if they were selling well that there would be no way allegedly would be keen to break it all up like that

What is the reason, or the point for cleverly fighting in LA surely he would gain more fans by fighting a bum in Cardiff?

Can't belive they were so poor to cancel the whole show and fight in America. Sold 4500 against karpency??? Think its gotta be looking towards profiling a fight against Hopkins or am I being sucked in to allegedly bullshit

Proper pain in the ass for those who have already shelled out their hard-earned cash.
From another perspective, it's important Cleverly fight in the U.S. if he wants bigger fights. No point him calling anyone out when he doesn't have much of a profile worldwide.
Still doesn't make it ok to promote a show and then pull the plug halfway through cos they've had a better idea/offer.

Surely even half full a show should go on!

It's probably them wanting to try and get Nathan known in America as well. But tickets must have been poor to drop a whole show and all the costs associated with that.

That's why buying tickets on his shows promotions is a lottery! If your travelling you might post out trains hotels disgraceful!

If he can't afford a loss then should he be putting it on in the first place!
