Selkirk or Omeara I prefer to have.

Grady Brewer , Known over here due to the contender series so offers name value but very inconsisten and has regressed , would be a nice step up for Ochieng without being a walkover .

Probably wouldnt come cheap though and is maybe a bigger step up than is currently being looked for .

What id like to seeis Ochieng vs Al Harbi but cant imagine it for some reason

Guys i think he needs to fight for another title what will he prove fighting max maxwell, He fought aa lowe because fight was in Nottingham and aa lowe is from nottingham he sold a few tickets.....boxing is a business.

Mark Thompson or Adnan Amar would be a good step up

Hall would be a big step up in opposition for Ochieng. Hall would be a good opponent.

Not that big off a step up but better than Lowe and Toms and with the British tied up till Feb March then it's a decent fight i'd rather it be Thompson tho

lol Eng belt isn't a belt you want to defend 3 times however keeping active is important

Why would a fighter not want to defend the English title three times?

Ochieng should defend the English title against Hall, Thompson, O'Donnell, Selkirk or O'Meara. They are all a step up for Ochieng.

I think he's one of the most over hyped fighters in the country
