nice guy too he used to go to Joe Pennington's Northside ABC in Clayton Manchester when I was a kid, always had time for the lads training. Great interview :-)

Thanks for the feedback on the videos, it was a pleasure doing them i was a big fan of Ensleys as a lad. I spoke to the Cat recently about doing a career interview with him and he is up for it so i will organise something soon hopefully. @palooka il ask about him for you next time im at the gym. Yep, I think Anthony Ivory was quoted saying that the punch that Bingo KO'd him with is the hardest he's ever been hit and he was a tough man took several champions the distance in his career.
