I doubt the WBO will find too many better fights about to make an eliminator.

Yeah, true...... I guess I am getting a little over excited, however as its been put as their next fight on both their profile pages and Scott Gillfraud seems to think its confirmed (although I know that is nothing to go by lol), lets hope :)

And Audley Harrison and Matt Skelton are not easy fights?

Good fight, Fury comes through this and he could get a World title shot, remember he took on and beat Chisora when other would not.

Interesting fight if it comes off.

I can only imagine the overblown credit price would have got if this had been named as his next opponent. Some will still criticise fury tho.

Boytsov is a decent little fighter who will look pretty tiny next to Fury.

It's a big step up for both. Boystov has some okay names on his record in Bydenko and maybe Guinn but neither were fights that anybody expected him to lose.

Can't see them grooming Boystov for this long only to give up all the advantages to fight Fury in Ireland.

Why do people keep banging on about Price? This has nothing to do with him and hes only had 14 fights anyways. Furys on his 20th / 21st isnt he?

Will be good to see Fury up against a tough opponent especially now hes in shape. Lets see what hes made of.

haha Rob is not a good name for a new guy to have on this forum!

Obv the Fury camp are taking this because they feel it is a win but the Price camp are taking the very safe route. Fury's camp clearly have confidence in him.

Boytsov showed so much promise when he came on the scene as an explosive prospect at 18 winning his first 17 by knockout. However now at 26 his progress has been limited due to Universum having moved him along very slowly which must be related to his recurring hand injuries over the last few years. He has looked very gun shy, loading up on single shots rather than relying on the combination punching which made him known as a prospect in the early part of his career which must be in part to his brittle hands so after 31 fights he is still an unknown commodity, never been tested beyond trialhorse level and never been hurt in a fight.

He could easily fold once Fury gets on top with a full house at the Odyssey roaring him on. However, when I think back to Fury getting wobbled by Neven Pajkic who is of a similar height and frame to Boytsov but with a lot less power and handspeed it has the makings of another exciting Fury fight.

Fury's fights are always exciting, that's why I like him

but when you consdier their respective ages and amateur background is it not fair that fury is brought along a little slower learning his trade in the pro ranks?

Yes this. Totaly agree.
He is as short as possible for a heavy these days but has a punchers chance at best.
Typical Fury opponent as short as possible.

Fair play to Hennessy (and Fury's team) if they pull this off.

Must be a fair old wedge they are offering to get Boytsov over here, I don't think he's fought out of Germany before. Very short notice too.
