Ye go bad boy Bryant for the win hopefully fletch is not at the right frame of mind after his Tko loss in his commonwealth title attempt . It will be a good test too see where Rob is at let's hope he turns it into a Brawl and slugs it out but unlikely as fletcher Is a very good boxer..

I suppose if the Murray fight wasnt made, then this is the next big thing.....my heart says Robbie, but my head says Fletch. Contrasting styles. Should be a good scrap. I see Daniel Dawson is on the same card, still without an opponent !! I hope negotiations with his opponent dont drag on as apparently the contract did between Bryant and Murray !! Daniel needs a name opponent. A good domestic opponent to test himself against and get him noticed. Beating these recent opponennts doesnt do much for him.

Did anybody really take the likelihood of the Murray fight seriously?

My understanding was it was as good as done, then one party decided against it.

Excellent matchup, Fletcher should be favourite but I'll be cheering for the underdog.

Both boys weighed in under the limit. Should be a cracking fight.

Now that competent judges (according to equally competent title supervisor) are in the mix, Fletch will get the nod

How did Baluarte get a PABA title shot on the back of four straight losses?

It was a great night of boxing. Fletcher vs Bryant was one of the best fights ive ever seen live. The scorecards were wide to Fletcher but that wont show just how competitive it was. Both guys were hurt at diffrent stages. Both guys had cut eyes.Fletcher just did the cleaner work through out that won him the rounds.

have a look at Dawsons 3v previous PABA title opponents, and how did they ever put Dion Mcnabney in with Ryan Waters for a title shot, all the best

$$$ does the thinking within PaaBaa's structure. As long as it & its monkeys make a quid... Any match is good enough.

Time was you would not get a shot at a State belt with that record.

Speaking of mockeries, if you look at Jeff Malcolm's biography page you will see the World Boxing Federation Intercontinental Welterweight Championship framed like a world title. The "Fed" must have had high hopes for it but it was won only four times and never defended. The last "champion" was Englishman David Kirk who fitted it into a record of 11-75-3 (KOed 10 times, no KO wins). The resurrected Federation has revived their intercontinental belts in some divisions, but they are keeping the welterweight title well out of harm's way.
