Who all from the boards is attending?
Whats the situation with dress code, there is some confusion with regards to the "lounge suit" mentioned.
Where is everyone staying?

Shorts and Tshirt are fine, but no cycling shorts .

Arseless chaps and cummerbund is usually the dress code.

Can't be arsed with it. Same shit different year.
Compulsory evening wear for senior board officials are - Cobwebs, dust, Cravat, monicle, cigarette holder, draconian 30's attitude, walking stick, senior citizen bus pass and copious ammounts of denture cream.
