Dutchman Nordin Ben-Salah may today be forced to pull out of his clash with Belfast's Brian Magee.
Ben-Salah has suffered a bad injury to his elbow and promoters Matchroom await to hear a final decision today.
It is understood that the injury will probably rule him out, leaving the IBO super-middleweight champion seeking another opponent just as he is about to leave for a training camp in New York.
But Matchroom spokesman John Wischussen said: "I am relaxed about the situation.
"Apparently his elbow has swollen up. We will hear today after he has seen the physiotherapist whether or not he is able to take the fight."
