Im off to a pro show this weekend to watch one of my ex boxers make his debut and i noticed Bheki Mayo whos fighting on the bill is 0-45-2 now before anyone says yeah hes better than his record suggest yes he doesnt get the rub of the green yes he saves shows yes if he had better management he could be an all time great etc etc etc so im not going on about that i just wondered whats the longest losing streak someone has had and whats the longest losing stretch from debut to a win?
Robin Deakin won his first fight and lost his next 49. Thats hard to top.

peter buckley must have a shout here towards the end of his career!
not the start of a career but karl taylor did 53 losses in row aswell

Until he won the other week Kristian Laight had lost 57 on the trot, all on points.

Alexandru Manea went 0-53 so I imagine that's the longest FROM the start of a fighters career.

Karl Taylor went something like 2-100+ after losing to Ricky Hatton.
A lad who's 0-45-2 clearly isn't up to much. Deakin wasn't either, in all honesty.
