I see the Wood v Letoa card is still listed on borec as being shown Fox. I have had a look through th programming for Fox on Friday and cant see it. Is the card still on, have Fox pulled the telecast ?? I thought I had heard ages ago the card was off due to an injury, but that was some time ago and I may be mistaken..but it is still on the schedule.

The thing about that card that worries me is that one of the prelim fighters ( Troy Glover) is 40 years old, has had ten fights, two of them in the early nineties and eight in the last four years, has lost all the fights and been KOed eight times! Why is he allowed to keep fighting?

Surely someone should be stepping in and saying "mate, take up golf".

I have no problem with fighters who have lost 10 out of 10 fights still fighting if they have been competitive points losses, but when they have been ko'ed 8 times that is dangerous.

A good example of a guy whos lost almost 10 fights in Dan Maxwell. He's 0-9-0 and has gone the distance in all his fights bar one where he was stopped early by Rocky Jerkic. Maxwell a natural Welterweight has been fighitng alot of Middles as well his next assignment is Nathan Carroll. And whilst hes been losing he provides guys with a stern test and always comes to fight!

But agreed guys who have been KO'd numerous times and in consecutive fights its a worry

Now not listed on Foxtel guide & according to Blacktown RSL the show had been cancelled. PABA has it now listed for December 7
