Ive just been told that a certain British Boxer and is a former british champion (very recently) is scheduled to box in germany on the 15th dec on undercard of arthur abraham fight .

Im not willing to say who it is just yet as im not sure if its allowed to be announced and dont want to get the guy in trouble for telling me but some of you may be able to work it out through a process of elimination .

But what i can say is the guy is struggling with the weight , maybe that could help to figure out who .

I know it might seam a bit tedius for me to state this without saying who but treat it as a bit of guessing game , see if anyone caan guess it correctly and we can revisit this thread when its announced .

Delboy was offered a 'big fight' in December - that would be a good tear up!

I reckon it is that it is Dereck Chisora because he has done his 45 day sit out period after being stopped by David Haye in their Upton Park fight plus he is a former British champion and he has had weight problems as he weighed in at 19 stone when he lost his British title to Tyson Fury.

Some descent logical guesses .

But what no one is picking up on is when i said struggling with the weight , heavyweights dont have to make weight .

Not going to say any further as i dont want to give the name away before its announced but i know theres at least 1 other poster on here who KNOWS who im talking about .

Audley Harrison. He's struggling with everything so the weight issue is a good excuse when he gets beat.

I know his stoppage was farcical but would he be cleared to fight again after technical being 'stopped'

or are German rules different?

Another good shout - he should get the rust off against Gray this weekend and would tie in with why he cant announce the fight just yet.

Though there is no one he would step up to in weight?

There's a LMW fight on the schedule vs Jack Culcay, didn't he say after fighting Rose he would go to MW? Would explain the struggling with weight comment :TU:

Like the logic! i was thinking he would be stepping up! but he could indeed be staying at the weight! Watching Culcay before, i think Aaron could win - though the judges will have a lot to say!

I disgaree with your belief that Heavyweights don't have weight struggles etc, as all heavyweights will have all have an ideal weight at which that they feel they perform get the best out of themselves in terms of speed, power and mobility in the ring when they fight.

Ive been told Shane Mcphilbin was offered a fight in germany recently but ive no idea what date / who to box / or if it was accepted , nor do i know how his weight is because ive only spoke to him via text in last few weeks and its not been the subject of conversation ,

Clinton his bro posts on here though so maybe he knows ,But ill have shane as my guess as he potentially fills your criteria

You dont want to name a fighter, but yet you start a thread saying a fighter (who cant be named) might be fighting in Germany ... Dosent that sound daft ?
