Just 2.5 weeks til the fight? Surely someone must have been lined up by now? Even for a non-title, 10 rounder.

I originally thought that, but surely it would make more sense to milk that particular cash cow at a Glasgow venue rather than the east end of London 2 weeks before xmas?

If they leave it much longer it'll have to be staged behind closed doors in Spain.
Like a boxing version of The Longeast Yard.

It makes perfect sense for it to be Rees as he was training for a fight around the same time, as FW allowed Murray to fight on a Matchroom promotion, hopefull Hearn will allow Rees to fight on a FW promotion, provided terms can be argreed that is...

Rees doesn't seem as high on Eddie's pecking order as Bellew, Froch, Barker etc so maybe so

After all that's been said, it would be a shock for me if Gavin appeared on a FW promoted bill.
That said, this is boxing ....................

I thought he may of fought Murray but Rees makes sense now! Eddie Hearn should be sending his boy round to Franks place to put his name forward!
