That will be up to the board if and when he applies for a licence he would first have to apply to the southern Area Council who would then make a recomendation of either yes or no to the Stewards who ultimately make the final decision

I hope Del gets his licence back, but him and his promoter pulling the board's pants down and embarrassing them, they might refuse just to make a point. It would be in their interests to licence him, but you never know with the board.
