Last time i saw him he was doung personal training

told me hes fighting mma,hes took up karate or summathing as part of his training for it

I think he would do very well at MMA - he has the right physique for it and at
205lbs will be a beast. Good on him - has he fought in MMA yet?

Hya fellas, thanks for asking about me. I forgot my password and never got round to asking for a new one. I have missed the forum and when one of the Boxrec writers told me about this thread I thought it would be rude not to say hi. I have started training in MMA and had one contest at heavyweight which I lost on points (story of my life I know) it was at short notice away from home and it was a right blood fest! If I do fight again it will be at 205lb and only if I've been able to get to my MMA/BJJ sessions 3-4 times a week and I can find the time to do my own fitness 6days a week. It's a hurt game just like boxing which you can't really play at. I have been training at Sukata MMA/BJJ in preston under Tom Hanlon, it's a great gym with no egos and and great bunch of lads. How's everybody on here anyway, have I missed much?

Not really, lefty has been thrwn out and returned under different names about 3 times and the people from CS are moaning because their thread count got lowered, think one or two are on tablets through it; that's the last 12 months in a nutshell imo.

I've been acquitted three more times. If they let you use PAVA spray and a taser in MMA you might get a win.

I'm not in the Police any more Ted's wig so I guess I'm stuffed, I'll just quit mma and try out for the Boxrec UKWC British and Irish your momma's weight title! Give me 12weeks and I'll be ready to take your title ;;-)

Didn't take you long to bite. I hope you weren't as easily wound-up as this when you were a serving police officer.
