Quite good that, thanks. I have to say I like Molina's old school training of ropes and sand work. He looks small though but I guess that to be expected though.

Got to respect Virgil Hill. No nonsense guy who knows his stuff.

What is Virgil Hill doing with Khan?

Did anybody else notice that Khan was saying exactly the same things about his new training set-up that he was about his former one? He was saying in this that there were too many distractions when he was training at the Wildcard gym and that in the new set-up he has no distractions and is immersed in training. I remember him saying exactly the same thing when he went to Roach. Molina looks like he means business. Could be a good fight.

Exactly what I was thinking. LA helped him escape the distractions of Bolton and now SF is helping him escape the distractions of LA. Can't be arsed with the constant stream of excuses.

Jst watched this, n I Cnt believe that am saying this. Khan has dun alot for british boxing. He is to be respected, by all his haters, n I wiz wan.
