So obviously Ricky Burns has been stratched from the bill completely? Laugable!

That's a good show and I imagine Burns would have far preferred to be boxing on it as not, it doesn't look as though there's anything anyone could have done though so; hey ho.

I think its an ok show rather than a good show, as is often the case it has too many default wins.

aye.

haven't got a clue who either of FRANK BUGLIONI V CIARAN HEALEY are, but out of the other matches the only one i see as being unclear is the smith o'meara fight. would still tip smith though. so skeete, conquest, smith, mitchell, saunders, groves.

yep, and I'd say you can safely add Buglioni to the list mate :TU:

Why's there so many vacant title fights these days?

Most the fights though are 60-40, 70-30, yeah Chas Symonds, Nick Blackwell, O'Meara, Johnsen etc probabl;y wont win, but I'd say all are in with a decent shot.

None of those fights are wht i'd call prospect vs journeyman fights.

In fact even the Buglioni fight is against a decent win some lose some journeyman so dont see how people can slag this bill.

Plenty more prospects blowing away foreigners or 40-36 ing journeyman on Matchroom/Maloney/Hennessy recently.

I'm no big FW fan but credit where its due.

Not slagging the bill, but not going to go overboard either. As I said, its an OK show - no more, no less. I do however think that your percentages are closer than I'd have them.

I've got a funny feeling Groves will get K O'ed

well, if the warrior lands clean then stranger things have happened in this wonderful game, expect groves to adopt an 'in and out' style tonight, crisp 3 punch combinations then escape, keep the fight at distance, box his way to victory and dont be drawn into a war.

Yep but sometimes when you think you could end a fight you could get complacent then the big right comes over and catches you. Ive seen him wobbled a few times. Could get survive a big right from the Grandad?

Johnson looked a bit tired against Fonfara and after a competitive couple of rounds he took a fairly sustained beating for the rest of the fight.

Johnson is still very durable and apart from the Smith fight Groves has rarely showed one punch stoppage power, have a feeling poor old Johnson will take another full distance pasting.
