Former IBF champ Barry Michael will have his own reality show on pay TV in 2013.

Any further info ?? Will in center on boxing..will it be an "ultimate fighter" style show ??

Barry is a great bloke. It will be good to see more boxing shows on TV.

2 pilots were submitted and the pay TV channel have given the go-ahead for the first 10 shows to be shot and aired in 2013.

Lots of four letter words that start with c and end in nt and you are one of them.

Potential pilots could be:

- A reality series in a similar to previous Foxtel series: Cricket Superstar or Contender, but the logistics will require eliminations via the ring and probably there is not enough cattle within a similar weight range and ability available.

- The more probable scenario would be a boxing equivalent to Foxtel's FX Channel's: Ulitimate Fighter series, that featured UK and Australian MMA fighters over various weight divisions.

I can't stand Barry either, his commentating is dreadful, refer's to fighters by the wrong names, wrong weight classes and is totally biased. Obviously a much better fighter than commentator.

LT heavy- Super middle would have enough fighters for a reality series. If you combined Aus and NZ.
