I'd like to see him fight Brian Magee coming off a loss to Kessler would be a good name on his record and if you build the English Irish rivalry then it could sell out Wembley arena or the Excel

If Hope is not moving up to Super middle weight then it would be a perfect opponent to test Saunders at this stage off his career if not a fight with Prince Arron would be a good fight

Couldn't agree more, perfect matches :TU:

Would be good to see Mitchell on the bill as well but I'm not so sure that's likely......

Be intresting to see what middleweights get involved this year.with fighters like barker, macklin,Murray, lee, mcewan. Bj shouldn't really be holding that strap yet, he should be boxing your ryders,Eubanks & other prospects at English & area level IMO.

I cannot see Magee fighting again in February after his loss in December he need a break.

I would rather Magee had a fight at a lower level before fighting Groves.

Groves vs Ndiaye for the European title would be decent.

Saunders vs Hope or McEwan would be good.

The Ndiaya fight is open to purse bids till 11th Jan, that would be an interesting match. But if its won by the Italians i can't see Groves travelling for it.

sure Magee would make alot of sence and be a good name on his resume but if he wants a real test he would fight some one like Bika, a win over him would make it very hard to get fights in the future.

Bika a horrible fight. Another guy he has virtually no chance of knocking out and every chance of getting cut to pieces.

Best fight for him. Expect a Booth inspired back foot performance from George.

Yeah Arthur is still dangerous , his peekaboo defence coupled with his natural power has given him decent longevity really.

Brian Magee would be a great opponent for Groves bit of a name of the fighters whos been in with the best so to capatalise on his loss to Kessler would be fantastic for Groves. If that does not happen then N'Dayie for European would be a great match up. Or if he wanted a bigger step up maybe a fight with Bika would be considerable as he has only lost to Bute, Ward, Calzaghe with a early loss against Sam Soliman and a DQ against Mendy would defiantly be viable against a dangerous fighter.

James Degale now is finally getting more fights which is what everyone called for. He needs bout 3 fights in quick sucession before the summer maybe looking to force a mandatory position with the WBC.

Billy Joe Saunders has some great domestic bouts in a very touch middleweight division with Ryder, Eubanks Jr., Prince Arron, Nick Blackwell along with the top 3 or 4 in the division. exciting year

I doubt frank has enough complementary allegedly subscriptions to tempt Magee into a fight that makes absolute sense. It will be some middleweight, probably never being stopped.

Well Johnson was fighting for the Light Heavy crown not too long ago and only 18 months previously had given Froch a hard fight. Much harder than he gave Groves.

Yeah he was apalling against the pole who froch is far greater then & he retired after the fight saying the gears are gone & could no longer keep a lid on Father Time quite remarkable the calibre of fighters he has soaked up punishment from & still marched on through!
Saw him against groves it was pretty sad to see him boiled out & flat as a pancake coming back with little & just following groves with no spring.
Can't remember what round but groves had him on the ropes & I thought the ref could of been compassionate & stepped in as gj wasn't playing possum or getting groves to punch himself out he simply dont have it there no more
