Name a boxer and his best combination......

For example if a fighter lands a 1, 2 then a body shot then commentators may compare his combination to Ricky Hatton. What kind of combination of punches would make you think of a particular boxer?
Fighters get reputations for one shot but what about combinations of punches?

Only joking, I think Wladimir is a superb athlete and fighter, lovely straight right hand after a double jab.

I have seen Daniel Geale throw some strange combinations starting with a left uppercut into a left hook.
Manny Pacquiao throws 2 punches at once.

Kid Gavilan was famous for his Bolo punch, he wasn't the first to use it but it became his signature.

Thats the kind of thing i'm talking about, Ive spent lots of time watching Tyson and although I knew how lethal his uppercuts were I never once noticed just how much he always used it to follow up a right to the body. Makes sense now as it allowed him to get his body into the right position and angle to follow up with that shot. That's a perfect uppercut, legs creating the power, driving right up the middle of the guard. Superb.

Mayweather loves a lead right hand aswell, even doubles up on it at times. Not many people who can pull that off and get away with it.
Cotto is quite a text book boxer, one two left hook etc

Don Curry - Left jab, slip the return jab and then throw a left hook in an instant. So fast and effective.

Mcallums jab & slip a left hook to the body has to be my favourite.
I loved James toneys in fighting! Once he pops that tight uppercut the shots just roll off!

if i was being a super-pedantic anal McCallum fan, I would say his premier combination was rolling under the right hand/counter right uppercut to the body/ left to the body.

Tony Sibson had a lovely jab for a short fella which he would double up to get close to unload those devastating left hooks to body and head- double jab/roll inside to out/double left hook. At times the very best technicians could avoid these attacks and make him pay but as a slew of top european fighters can attest, it worked more often than not.

Also Durans feint jab/left hook/right hand combo served him well thru the weights.Hounorable mention, James Cooks uppercut!!
