Taking Saad's advice, here's a thread proposing a match according to the rules of the era in which these two actually fought.
Still Oscar for me, probably late stoppage.

If there's no title on the line shouldn't this be for 10 rounds?

Being an Aussie and a big Tszuyu fan I should pick Kostya to win this by early stoppage, I've also been a huge fan of Oscar's too, since his Olympic gold. I think DeLaHoya takes this in wide decision or late round stoppage, this was a fight I always wanted to happen, and for Kostya to prove me wrong, but logically looking at it, Kostya more than probably wouldn't stop Oscar and Oscar would most likely wear Kostya down and stop him the same way Vince Phillips did.

Quite a few nontitle fights have been scheduled for 12.

Credit to you for a fair analysis.

I know he had a very good chin, but at that weight and at that time, could he have taken many of the kind of shots KT could nail people with?
If it goes to points Oscar every time.
Could KT have taken all of DLH's shots? He couldn't with Phillips. KT could box responsibly against lesser fighters; for instance, I'd favor him over a Maidana, but Oscar would land his bombs given his speed. Tszyu was no Whitaker.

DLH boxes carefully in the opening half of the bout knowing Tszyu can punch hard and feeling the sting of Tszyu's right hands enough to know he doesn't want to feel too much of them, winning at least 4 of the first 6 from Kostya, after that Kostya starts to slow down and DLH picks up the pace and takes the next few rounds more convincingly, he turns up the heat in the 10th and 11th attacking Tszyu full force, Tszyu gets beaten up badly, but stays on his feet. In the 12th DLH is confident he has built a wide lead and just moves around the ring flicking a few jabs to make it through the round, giving the 12th to Tszyu who stays busier. Despite Tszyu winning the last round, Oscar still takes a comfortable decision with scores in the range of 116-112 to 117-111.

Unless the same judges that judged the DLH/Trinidad fight are judging that fight you've described, then Kostya wins by split decision :P
