I was some what impressed by Audley tonight, and I do believe he can get far in the Heavyweight division as its currently so weak, anybody in the Top 10 could win a Title...

audley ate some right hands but I have a feeling that nobody is going to be able to hit him with combinations, he just spins away showing good footwork.

I tend to agree with Steve Bunce that he will be pretty much untouchable in a year's time, apart from the Klitschkos, Vitali of which will clearly not go away after one of audley's lightning combos and will give harrison more than he can handle in terms of power. If aud hasn't tightened his defence up by then, no way he lives with vitali who will pretty much be the dominant champ.

guys like Guinn, Mesi, and whoever else semi establishes themself however he eats for breakfast.

did anyone note that this fight went exactly how his last 4 went- suss out opponent early, then unleash a quick combo on the inside to finish the job a couple of rounds later? that could be the formula for the future with audley- good finisher.

Audley got hit with a good shot in the 2nd and hardly flinched. It was nice to see some evil between the 2 of them as well. Audley's speed is immence for such a big guy the shot that put Hersisia down was flush on the chin. Matt Skelton better get on the phone and ask allegedly to stop calling Audley out to fight him. Top finish.

Great finish by Audley. It was like he thought to himself, right he's going now, and sure enough he went.

I've always been a bit bemused with the cheap 'fraudley' name calling. It is about time people started to get behind the guy.

come on dutch, you didn't expect richel to win did you? besides, you class the british scene as your own anyway. what did you think of audley's performance? richel looked ok in there, he gave a good account of himself. I actually thought the way richel was tucking up that Audley might not connect for a while, and that the dutchman could give him problems.

I was impressed by Audley last night, ok he took a few shots but didn't flinch and didn't hang around to get caught by any follow up punches, using his impressive footwork for such a huge guy. Anyway you can't dodge all the shots in this game.

And the fight ending combination was pure class.

Finishing combintation was class considering the current state of the devision, but it wasn't class compared to the likes of Lewis and Holyfield (in his prime).

How many of those shots actually landed? Not all of them, more like half.

I still don't like the way Audley has to do some kind of reaction when he takes a punch. Not saying he was buckled, but he would drop his hands or raise a smile - a more dangerous opponent would follow up.

Crickey what was with the BBC, have they turned into Audley's personal yes men.

You'd have to be Mike Tyson and Sonny Liston all rolled into one.

I tip Mesi to beat Harrison, he is faster than this dutch man and if he could catch Harrison at times, then Mesi will more frequently - and know what to do after he has caught him.

It was not bad, especially as the opponent was fairly ambitious - but I still have as many doubts as before. One thing though I am starting to like is his power.

Very good finish, overall a good performance, but why does he still freeze when ever he gets tagged? he needs to drop that habit, sooner or later he'll get in there with someone who'll just hit him again.

It was a great, great performance by Audley, no doubt. Lets hope he can continue to develop, and do this to a few more people in the European rankings and help move himself up.

Yeah, Steffen Nielsen and Tomasz Bonin are 2 guys highly ranked in the EBU ratings these 2 would be easy victories but would be steps up, Audley needs to go 12rounds so he may need to find a really durable guy to take him 12 rounds. Any suggestions anyone.

Dennis Bakthov (Took Keith Long 12)? Andreas Sidon (Tall)? Balu Sauer (Big like Audley)? Alex Vassilev?

Dennis Bakhtov is with allegedly so he's out of the picture. Sidon I think the critics would pick away at his age and the fight would probably end up being for the WBB belt so people would pick that to pieces. I think the only European boxers who could extend him are the likes of Samm, Williams Hide etc.

I am surprised at how many people are starting to rate Harrison as a future world champion. David Haye could beat Harrison EASILY.

But you referred to Nielsen and Bonin being steps up and that Audley would need a 12 rounder.

Samm, Williams and Hide are at their very worst equal to these guys.

Audley's accuracy was superb. Very impressed with that. One moan. He carries his hands too low. There were times he was really open to a counter (even during the finishing burst) but Hersisia wasn't quick enough to capatalise.

No of course I didn't expected him to win, but there's always hope of course. Unfortunately i'm in the US right now, so when I get home I have to put in that damn tape to say something sane about the fight.

Audley looks good fighting these smaller fighters, but when is he going to get brave enough to fight somebody his own size? I could not believe he was only a stone heavier, he looked massive by comparison.
