With it being virtually confirmed as SBO what is the realistic undercard considering It might be to soon for the like of Bellew,Brook and Barker am thinking it might be something like this

Frampton v Quigg-WBA Interim
Rose v Rabchencho-EBU
Yafai v Hall-Commonwealth
Ochieng v O'Meara-British
Ryder v Hope-British Eliminator
Anthony Joshua debut

With the likes of Smith,Stalker,Cardle and Ward on the undercard

Is Quigg - Frampton realistic? Would be a great fight, but are there not promotional difficulties that will be hard to overcome?

Rabchenko has to fight Della Rose next so cant see that.

If same night as champions league will it be PPV.

It's in the Telegraph and since the fight has been mooted Eddie has been saying it's a PPV

With no TV deal and It being a massive show I think Quigg would jump at the chance

Think about with Sky Sports hyping it whilst the final is going on how many casual fans which is who Eddie will want to target will order the fight, Sky and Eddie wont care that the hardcore Boxing fan might want to watch both for the PPV to be successful they need to attract as many casual fans as possible

If champions league on at 6pm like I read then boxing at 9 an easy sell. Can you see Haye v Vitali on sky ppv this summer?

Yes. Haye will beat the creaking Vitali in the summer and then lose to Wlad again at the end of the year or early next year.

I think Vitali wants the fight but his team think Haye will beat him boxing the same way he beat Valuev ultimately theres to much money to be made for the fight not to happen

Since its a 50/50 co-promotion between Matchroom and Sauerland there will surely be some Sauerland fighters on it, 2-3 of which will be danes to please the PPV buyers here since the PPV will cost £56.

Puts the £14.99 we pay into perspective, doesn't bother me it being a PPV as I'll be there :yay:

In Denmark prices of everything seem to be sky high, ..a pint is about 6 quid...... but, i do believe wages are higher than this country and income tax is lower. therefore prices are probably similar to here, pro rata.

Lots of people pay the £56, so that will not be a proplem.

Our average wages are probably higher, but so is the income tax. We pay between 38% and 59% depending on how much you earn (the 59% is from £38000 and up)

Quigg - Frampton will not be the one card. It is too big in the UK for chief support for the undercard.

I can see Brook (if he looses against Alexander) as chief support. Andy Lee (if he has another fight in the UK) also could be chief support and that is probably more likely than Brook.

I think Lee Selby will be on the card providing he comes off with minimal damage against Jones.

Yafai & Stalker will be on the card aswell.

Thats out of Hearn's stable. Sauerland will have a few fights on the card.

I see the undercard being half decent but I am not expecting many big matchups

Barker vs Proska?

I've noted that Barker is in some Super Middleweight rankings - could they get Abraham over - I doubt, it depends on what Sky's demands are in terms of undercard status - remember the Khan vs McCloskey debarcle

Speaking of McCloskey - any room for him on the bill - seems to be a forgotton man of Matchroom.

Jesus that's high! There must be huge complaints at the level of tax at nearly 60%. :oo

High taxes are often deemed acceptable if the money is spent wisely and is of clear benefit to those contributing as well as those who aren't. Scandinavia is a great place to live and it's clear when you visit that the tax dollars are generally spent wisely. In the pot-holed UK, however...

In that case Deion Jumah might box on the undercard. It would be good to have Ogogo and Jumah on the same card. Two good prospects.

Yep your right. It could be Rose or Ochieng to fight Jack Culcay for EBU or WBA Interconti.

I appreciate that but if I was having to pay 60% on over half my income I'd be pretty irritated by it. Mind you they probably don't have the plethora of other taxes we have. They tax everything in this country.

Isn't Culcay with Universum?

“The details in their entirety have not been signed yet,” promoter Eddie Hearn revealed to Telegraph Sport. “But for a fight of huge magnitude, like Froch-Kessler to take place, pay-per-view is a necessity.”

“There are only three potential pay-per-view fights in the UK at the moment. Froch-Kessler, Kell Brook against Amir Khan, and Tyson Fury against David Price, at heavyweight.”
