How good is Piet Crous (For Silkov)

I will make the easy way to let you answer me, I would like to know how good is former WBA Cruiserweight Champion Piet Crous and how tall is he? Please help me and find out.

Fraid I don't know the height of Crous for sure but think he was about 6 foot 1..... much taller than Quawi who beat him and was just 5 foot 6 and a half......... 8)
