Who will be the winer?

iv only heard of Van Heerden once or twice,i know hes South African and meant to be decent so for that reason ill go for him to win by decision,i like Hatton but he`s not known for his power so cant see him getting a decision over there,hope im wrong,if Matthew wins although its for a shitey belt(albeit the best of the shitey belts ) it would be a great win for him

Interesting matchup and you cannot say that Matthew doesn't like a challenge.
On the plus side, MH has boxed abroad before, the US several times etc.
Hopefully this experience will see him through.

I don't know much about Van Hardeen per say, except that like Matthew he hasn't been that active over past 18 months.

That being said, my tentative vote for a Matthew Hatton points victory, I hope proves correct. I wish him luck.

I expect Hatton to put up a good effort and then be jobbed on the scorecards.

I can see Matthew winning this fight. One thing is for sure, he'll give it a good go. He's 5-1 with the bookies to win on points if you fancy taking on the judges!
