I've never heard of ..Alexander Brand or seen him fight. :?? He's ranked 10th by the honorable WBC.
His first time fighting out of Columbia at Glow, Bluewater.

I haven't seen him fight, but from what I've gleaned he was unlucky not to get the decision against Badou Jack, a 2008 Olympian who is generally considered a prospect.
I have seen Jack fight, and while he may not make it to the highest levels, he seems capable enough not to lose to someone who isn't any good.

Says on Hennessy facebook page the event has been cancelled. any idea on why apart from it being George Groves fault

Daniel from Kent was in the same County (naturally he lives there) and they couldn't risk him rocking up and terrorising the event with an 'old fashioned' foul mouthed rant.
