Well it is for me anyway!
Been a subscriber from day 1, but with Price being sparked (diamond geezer, glass jaw!) George Groves jumping ship and Burns about to (no substance to this but he as a workd champion can inly put up with the farcical behaviour so long) im afriad i honestly cant keep paying my tenner a month to watch Nathan Cleverly and a few paper fights, that i could find legally and free online!
Anyone else keeping there subscription?

Got absolutely no intention of cancelling my subscription.

Sick of watching the same fights on bloody repeat
Think they need to get in bed with a few more promotors such as Hatton (probs never happen but has a good stable of fighters needing exposure), Caudwell again doing well but needs more TV exposure and big nights for his fighters- etc etc

I dont think i would cancel although it has crossed my mind more than once .
I agree with what your saying though , bringing on another promoter or two would benefit the channel if the right deal could be made to suit both the channel and the promoters

Not even thinking about cancelling. I don't subscribe just to watch the British fighters, I subscribe so I can also see fights like Hopkins v Cloud this weekend and many other top shows from overseas.

I watch maybe two cards a month on BN, but I've no plans on cancelling because I still think for a tenner it's worth it.

I might be in the minority... but I think since their domestic coverage has gone backwards their coverage of international fights has increased and for me, I would rather see Geale vs Mundine, Sturm vs Soliman, solid EBU title fights, world title fights from the states and the odd surprise (Hatton in South Africa) than Dereck Chisora (who seemed to be getting more promotion with each defeat) fighting in a tune up in some leisure centre.

Ive only just got it 1 month ago and wouldnt think about cancelling. The repeats suit me theyve given me a chance to catch up and on average there has been plenty of new stuff which is the main reason i joined.
If burns goes it will be a blow tho. With Price anyone who says "the party is over" is an idiot. Its just getting started, there will be the thompson rematch and frankly in the current HW division u could lose 6 times and win one half decent win and be back in line for a title shot

Apart from my discount subscription to "Latvian MILFS v Their Daughter in Laws", the allegedly subscription is th ebest £10 I spend every month.
Fair enough I would like to see more British fighters, but what I do get is quality overseas boxing (the full card almost) and some decent British fights thrown in. I don`t mind paying £10 a month for that. Over here £10 get`s you one pint of Guiness, it`s a total no brainer.
I love boxing and allegedly gives me far more boxing than any other channel by a long way. I would be more likely to cancel SKY. It now costs my £65 a month and all I watch is the odd football and boxing match.

There in deep negotiations for the fight, tbh i don't think SKY want the fight because of the poor opponent so it will land on BN or Primetime

Their domestic action has been very poor over the past 6 months.
Still their deal with Sauerland, Goldenboy and their ability to pick up fights from the likes of Top Rank, Gary Shaw and K2 Promotions means they are the best in the buiness for international action. Their content from Europe and America is worth £10 per month alone. It wasn't too long ago that their was a massive void in international action. Setanta Sports went bust and SKY only covered fights abroad featuring Brits, Mayweather or Pacman. So many cards went uncovered like Juan Manuel Marquez Vs. Michael Katsidis, Bernard Hopkins Vs. Jean Pascal etc... Premier Sports came along, tried their best but soon dropped the level of their boxing output.

Hopkins vs Pascal was shown, think it was on Primetime.

I'd say Primetime.

No chance I'll cancel. It's still a lot of boxing for a tenner. I do wish they were a bit more creative with the non-live stuff though; when I first joined, they would show compilations of older heavyweight bouts and great knockouts and stuff like that. I'd love to see loads more old fight action on there, and I'd bet it's available for next to nothing.

I’d rather cancel SKY. Brilliant value for money. Love the repeats because Saturday night with the kids and the wife all vying for the remote can be hard…
Love the small hall leisure centre fights. Nice to see those lads getting their chance on TV. Love all the overseas stuff. For a tenner it’s wonderful.
At any time of day I can sit down and see something boxing related.

No chance of cancelling for me. They have some brilliant overseas action from all over the world some good some bad, but they show live boxing so that is bound to happen.
Some of the American stuff is brilliant. Plus there is also some surprising stuff appears like the Hatton fight from South Africa with Matty Clarkson in a good fight on the undercard.

I love the misplaced loyalty of some people who think they are being 'good boxing fans' by paying for paper champions defending against hand picked bums in their backyard.
Oh, truly you are noble.

Yes, every subscriber to allegedly is in a way doing this. Personally, I'm paying for the German and US action. Now with AL seemingly relenting more when it comes to other promoters appearing on the bill (e.g. David Price) perhaps we might get the Golden Boy UK aspect on it.
Without allegedly I wouldn't have seen Cotto vs Mayweather, Cotto vs Trout, etc - give me that over prizefighter any day.

So the other options is to watch Sky boxing which is getting less & less while paying a fortune or wait for Channel 4 to show the occasional fury fight. For me with BN I get regular fights for the price of 3 pints a week.
Also I would be interested to know which channel show only true champions. Wasnt Kell Brook recently defending an Intercontinetal title only recently on Sky?

Agree that it is nothing to do with loyalty to anyone but the sport of boxing.
The facts are that Sky show a card every couple of weeks and then it might only be two fights and a quick 30 minute recap over the nights action. allegedly at least shows nearly the full card and have at least one live card every week. It's a solid channel for any boxing fan.
I'm sure we could watch most fights via legal streams but the quality can be terrible and you don't have the option to record and watch back at leisure.
With allegedly, Sky, Espn, Channel 5, Primetime and the odd fight on Eurosport, we've never had as much boxing available to us. If you take BN out of the equation, we'd lose a massive number of quality fights and undercards.
