Kevin Mitchell reports in the Guardian that Eddie is due to sign up two more fighters in the next two weeks - one at least to be British Champion level and will be chief support to Rose v Alcine.

Anyone have any ideas on who it'll be?

imo lee selby and joe murray both are free agents. selby he can push to european level and is mandatory for it which wud leave space for joe murray, he sud b at least fighting for english title after a come back fight maybe even a vacant british title shot. also hearn only has lindsey in the featherweight division so cud boost his options on making some good fights down the line

Selby has told me that it's complicated, so he's not a totally free agent.

Vassell would be a cracking option for undercard fights , the scap with Hefron was very good. Hatton just hasn't kept him busy enough unfortunately.

I'd like to see Vassell get a break, if he isn't being kept busy it's not really any good. He's a very good boxer and can be in exciting fights, he ought to have a bigger stage and the chance to do well.

Vassell is great to watch. Another fighter who sped serves more airtime.

I have a feeling it will be Paul and Stephen Smith. Would be a kick in the teeth for FW if that was the case but I have a feeling about it.
