There may well be contracts in place but that certainly doesn't mean that contractual obligations have been met (potentially on either side). Either way, I can't see any way we'll see Burns in the ring again in 2013.

The risk of fwank pressing ahead and forcing all sides into the April 20th date is that, if for whatever reason Burns vs Vasquez fell through AGAIN, surely the situation would be irretrievable ?

On a sidenote, if ever there was reason not to buy tickets from this shyster, its what has come out over the past few days regarding the April 20th date. Fwank said on Monday that Burns vs Vasquez had been rescheduled for that date, the venue was booked, and everything was on. Burns obviously hadn't agreed to this, and it turns out that neither had Vasquez. His camp have said so. They're not necessarily against the date, but they hadn't agreed to it at the time fwank went public.

I call him a shyster because after hundreds of paying fans have lost out on the March 16th date, fwank goes ahead and announces the fight and show is rescheduled for April 20th, when it comes to light afterwards that neither fighter had actually agreed to it. This fxxker would sell tickets to fans on that basis. That is crooked in my view.

Is there a reason Warrens fighters seem to be so disloyal to him? With all respect to bomber he did get him a world title fight, same with burns 2 i believe and had another one lined up, he arguably made Hatton, Calzaghe, Nas and kept khans career on track when he lost to prescot by landing him a fight with Barerra. Ok Brook was getting nowhere and i can see why he left but other than that he seems to try and get the big fights if his fighters want them. The fighters that leave are the ones that should be staying and the ones that stay like clev who are still sat padding out their records are the ones that should be leaving. Is he that bad of a guy or is it just a case of money talks?

Hearn himself was saying the other night that he would like to sign Anthony Joshua but his managers just dont seem to understand that the money he is expecting just isnt realistic or available.

Regarding Hatton, Ricky said something along the lines of too many big fights being lined up for him weren't coming off, Kelson Pinto, Sharmba Mitchell etc. and he ends up fighting the likes of Dennis Pedersen and Carlos Vilches and he was pissed off over something that happened the night he fought Ray Oliveira and decided there and then that the Tszyu fight would be his last with Frank. He went into it in some detail in his bio.

The door swings both ways in my opinion Frank wouldn't hesitate to drop a fighter who wasn't performing as expected and rightly so but he has to accept that if a fighter feels his career would be better off elsewhere then he needs to let the fighter go.

It's one of the things which irks me, nobody should ever demand to make a living from a sport, they should be thankful they make any money from it.
