How bloody good was the 48 year old Hopkins? I absolutely loved watching him fight today he used all his smarts in this one. What do you all recon can he keep going and maybe fight Ward next? Big ask but he could do it and id have to put me dollars on him to win.

B-Hop is a legend! great effort.
I think Ward is a bad fight for B-Hop style wise and he would lose, but nothing would surporise with B-Hop.
He seems to be good at picking opponents that his style is to hard to wrok out for.

Says a lot about the current light heavyweight division when a man approaching 50 can be at the top.

Would old man Green do well against B-Hop?. To me B-Hop is Felix the cat with a shit load of tricks and Green is something the Robot from Lost in Space.

I doubt if there's ever been a 48 year old who could beat the 48 year old Hopkins.

Archie Moore would have given him a run for his money.

old Archie would have given him a nice old shock, 131 ko,s out of 185 fights, and Brute what sort of bait are you using, your getting plenty of bites, demori is getting more print then theMan, i have not seen him fight, but doesn,t his handlers pick his opponents, as long as he does the job in the ring, and is learning in the process ,it is like sparring ,but you are getting paid for it, have a look at some of the old fighters records ,a fight a week was not uncommon, all the best

Poor old Brute is getting frustrated, tearing his hair out and hurling insults left right and centre

It's fun playing with him. But he does get extremely frustrated. I just pray he doesn't have a hearter or something

To the best of his knowledge he fights whoever is available. I have nothing to do with him personally but I can tell you he has a left hook that would take most heavyweights. Nobody is talking about Mundine because he is past his best.

He is an all time great, but you would think some younger men would be coming up to compete with him. It happened in the middleweights but since he went to 175 the opposition has melted.

Patron, are you suggesting that Brute calling people arseholes and turds just because he doesn't agree with their views is acceptable?

it just seems that light heavy and cruiser weights these days r severly lacking in depth. the heavies just look bad cause the klits r outstanding and the promoters don't test their heavyweight fighters until they can get a title shot, which is against a klit. its a terrible cycle that doesn't end.
maybe the wards etc. will move up to light heavy and make it interesting.

Ward would be interesting, he already beat Dawson.
