Stephen Reynolds. What is he up to? I havent heard shit since his debut.

slapbangwhallop will be able to tell you. He knows Stephen personally and has been inside the camp a few times. Pops on here now and again.

I manage the big fella. It aint easy managing a lad that’s older that you, especially with his international amateur experience but we’ve built him a following, he is 2-0 at the moment and hopefully will be fighting for a title of some sort before the end of the year.

Reynolds vs. Conall Carmichael would be a good one.

we offered them the fight in Belfast in April. We were informed that he was injured.

Yeah he is a Cruiserweight but would do HW if the fight was right.

As an amateur the guy was something special, that's for sure. I wish him all the luck in the world, the odds are somewhat against him because of his late pro turn, but at the same token the cruiserweight/heavyweight division are the only divisions where age doesn't necessarily matter as much as it does in the lower weights.

He was top drawer, fought in the 2001 world championships when he was ranked #1 in Boxing News' ranking above David Haye at the time and won 5 Irish Senior titles and his brother Alan won 7. The Irish heavyweight title sat in their house for over ten years.

I hosted an Irish amateur team boxing team that box in Baltimore back in '00. Both Reynolds brothers were on the team. Did his crazy brother Alan ever turn pro? They both could fight. Tell them Jim says hello. I was also a US ref/judge at the Belfast world championships. They'll know who I am.

I'm sure that I read on Twitter a week or so ago that an Irish lad was heading to Austria.
