Sounds a good plan, Frank usually pulls something out the bag for a big summer show to get the punters watching

Haye Chisora last year was well promoted and turned out to be a cracking fight too

Get this happening and danny Dyer on hand for the advert and were onto the event off the summer

I disagree with the other guys point anyway. It is a meaningful fight because Price needs to win it to redeem himself. If he was to lose to Chisora I think his career would be severely damaged. We need to see if the Thompson thing was a fluke though or whether he genuinely cant take a shot.

Did not take long for this topic to be reduced to sex!!! As for Dereck Chisora and the motivation the opportunity to get his old Lonsdale belt back in a high touted prospects backyard should be an attractive incentive in my eyes.

Be an interesting fight this one I reckon. I've gone for Price ko in the poll but wouldn't be surprised to see him pole axed again - not sure it will be from Chisora though.

Do people think this would still sell well though? Genuine question, just wondering if Price could still shift large number of tickets for this fight.

Having watched the FW press conference (that Chisora turned up late for!) the other day and listened to the pod cast of the five live show its pretty apparent that Del wants big money or the fight won't happen. I'm not sure he is too bothered about his legacy or sucess for that matter. It seems to me that he craves the cash not the titles.

I've gone for Price KO as well.

I know people are jumping on the "Price is shit" bandwagon because he got knocked out, but I think he has too much power for anybody at domestic level. Which, let's face it, Chisora is.

I think he's got a hard head, so he'd make harder work for Price than Skelton or Harrison did. But I can see a mid-fight knockout for Price.

Kind of depends how much confidence Price lost due to his last loss, of course. I wouldn't be surprised if this fight didn't happen in summer, and Price thrown in with a journeyman first to rebuild his confidence.

If Price's chin is as lacking as the Thompson KO made it look, then Del Boy hits hard enough to stop him, and has enough ambition to get in range. On the other hand, there's a lot of Price to get past, and Price has the power to put Del away too. It would be an interesting fight, might answer some questions, and Chisora is never boring.

Indeed. Anyone who has been beaten should retire immediately. There is no space in the industry for losers. They should be confined to the internet.

Sounds like an interesting fight as both men need to redeem themselves.

My money would be on Price on points, as I think he might be tad more cautious now; add in the fact that Chisora is not really a puncher, I can't see him winning by KO.

So he has a weak ear then.

Point still stands though, if Price gets tagged on the chin (of ear as it has now transpired) he may be in trouble. You can say what you want but that wasn't a clean shot by Thompson regardless of where it landed.

Seriously though, plenty think his chin is an issue and this is before the Thompson fight.

As for Price - Chisora? Why not? Makes sense to me. Not sure it would come close to filling Anfield though
