Good morning..
I have tried to long into my previous account ( leprechaun ) and I am having some problems.

It has been a 5 months since I used my previous account,
Would this have caused my account to be deleted ?

I'll see if I can re-activate it. I shall keep you posted.

The same thing happened to me, it must be the time frame as i never logged in for 6 months due to being in hospital....

I was reading a boxing news annual from the early 1990's and P J Gallagher and his cousin Patrick were in there regular. I can remember them both boxing - P J had skill and must have trained like a demon - he was fit for a fight.

Ya that was my biggish downfall, training very hard and not taking rest days, silly me lol.

Now i know, The rest days are much more important then must training days..
To late for me, but
Futures pros should always take note of there body's, crying out for rest.
Listen to your body's and do want your trainers tel you..
