Straw/light flyweight

I've always wondered why we don't have these divisions in the uk.

Anyone know?

I dont think there would be any active fighter's. No point having it if there isn't any boxers..

They can fight at flyweight instead. Those division would be abysmal.

Even though there isn't really any point for a British strawweight/light flyweight title, there is a
case for a commonwealth title with those weights, a lot of lads in Africa fight at that weight and
would be a good money maker for them as well as keeping the commonwealth title in the African
boxing spotlight.

There also is NOT a Euro Title at Super Fly :-? One i dont understand.. I know Super Fly has not been about for years but every other Title is out there at that weight...

Good fighter Paul Weir,not many 2 weight world champs from Britain aye,What weight did Duke Mckenzie or even his brothers fight at :??

Mickey Cantwell also fought for the WBO Title at Lt.Fly

Micky Cantwell and Mark Reynolds. Usman Ahmed could fight at the weight I am sure.

Duke was World Champ at Fly,Bantam & Super Bantam. Very good fighter too

I am sure it will come soon, they were pretty slow with the cruiserweight title also.

Still Only 3 weight Champ but a few fighters won various titles at same weight.
