Surprisingly, I'm going to say: YES

If anyone in this season could be described as the dominant fighter it has to be this guy. His record speaks for itself - he's pretty much beat all of the top contenders:
Joe Louis, Benny Leonard, Rocky Marciano, Harry Greb, Gene Tunney, Sugar Ray Leonard

Ideally, in a HOF resume you want to see guys who have beat their biggest rivals in his season - and Sugar Ray had done that.

And he's always been near the top of the tree (top 3 all season) - I think that speaks volumes in this season in particular of how good this guy was.

And I've just realised that Robinson didn't fight any CPU fighters - apart from Buzz week.
