I've scoured google, and the AIBA website... but without joy. Exactly where is the official website for these championships in Bulgaria? (assuming there is one)

The one on Croatia was a swine to find also. A lot of these amateur sites seems to be piss poor in their link-throughs to olympic qualifying sites.

Can anyone help?
