You always wonder about the sanity of people who do things like this, if it was for a bet, fair play But otherwise these things worry me.

I was expecting Miley Sirus levels there. Tattoo artist doing that to somebody's head is an idiot but I guess they'd say they were respecting his "individuality/ uniqueness".
