Not much of a spectacle...ring rusty or not, Chisora should be looking better than this against an extremely limited opponent.

The fact that Avila is ranked 90 by BoxRec shows how poor the heavyweight division is!!

Anyone else feel like Chisora actually isn't hitting him as hard as he could.

The ref's signal to the crowd to indicate point taken off for holding was to hold up one finger and then do that thing we used to do as kids where we make a fart noise by putting our hand under our armpit and then pull our arm down really quickly.

Chisor traded with confidence in his chin before he was stopped but he seems more vulnerable to me.
Then again it could be the nobody he's fighting though.

I'll tell you what if Audley was in with Chisora tonight in the condition and level of motivation he currently has I would be backing Audley.

He looked mediocre against a journeyman immediately before the Helenius bout, and it may be that his motivation and effort depends on the level of his opponent, but it's not a good sign that his weight has progressively increased. I think that suggests a more serious motivation issue, which doesn't bode well for his future success.
