Who would have won this had they faced off in 1993 when they were ranked #1 and #2 at Flyweight by Ring Magazine?

It would have pitted the WBC and IBF champions against each other and as far as I'm aware Arbachakov is the only former "Japanese" title winner to successfully win a title defense in Thailand (Sato attempts to become the first native Japanese fighter to do the same in a few weeks).

Also is it "Sithbanprachan" or "Sithbangprachan"?

haven't seen the Thai so can't really comment, mate.

i would say that in head to head matches i would find it difficult to favour a lot of fighters over Arbachakov- unless you were a really fast, slick boxer (slicksters could make him look a bit pedestrian following them around the ring), i think his skills and correct hitting make him a nightmare matchup.

Sithbangprachan vs Rodolfo Blanco, of Dave McAuley fight fame:

He only really fought Blanco & a young Arthur Johnson, who took him to a 7-5 type decision.

Can't see the Thai strong-man doing much versus Arbachakov, meself, though we didn't see enough of Sithbanprachan to really judge: Yuri was one hard bastard & classy & hard-hitting with it, which like you said is a nightmare combination unless you can out-footspeed him.
