why has anthony crolla just been over looked surely it should be a rematch for the vacant title after a draw not just one of them getting a second shot

Good question. Then again, who actually decides who gets to fight for vacant Commonwealth titles? It seems that promoters do, and the Commonwealth Council (or whatever it is) just agrees.
