Froch-Kessler Boxing Monthly Poll results

After lots of, it's a 50/50 fight, a toss up, hard to split 'em etc
The results were 15-0 to Froch :!:
The results were 15-0 to Froch :!:
Green can punch a bit and Kessler got caught a cold early. The RPG which did for Green was brutal.MightyWarrior wrote:Yeah, that's definitely the most one sided poll of a so called 50/50 fight of all time. 16-0 counting Graham Houston's preview.
In reality, it's more a 60-40 fight. Just the fact Kessler won the last one, and the Great Dane is rightly seen as a man of steel, so respect and the 50/50 label has to be given.
But the reason everyone's going for Froch is their recent results, and the location, count massively.
And that knock down Kessler suffered against Green might have been the sign of a great fighter on the slide.

Indeed, ask 15 Danes and it would be 15-0 Kesslerdbflex wrote:I mentioned this on Twitter but I feel if more than two of the 15 people surveyed had been non-Brits then the result msy well have been different.
I thought i read a poster on here saying Froch was viewed as the favourite even by the Danes.Andypittcov wrote:Indeed, ask 15 Danes and it would be 15-0 Kesslerdbflex wrote:I mentioned this on Twitter but I feel if more than two of the 15 people surveyed had been non-Brits then the result msy well have been different.
Ooof* Kessler has the keys to victory inside his sports car full of BBBB'sDatsue wrote:
Yeah the electrifying Bute destruction has left stars in everyone's eyes. Would Kessler have chinned Bute in Denmark? I reckon he would have.binipop wrote:I said it in another thread about 2 weeks ago. It's insane how few people are picking Kessler given that he's already beaten Froch and Carl still hasn't beaten anyone as good as this version of Kessler. I dunno, i've just got a feeling Kessler's got one more big performance left in him and Froch's recent performances have flattered him just a bit.
1.66 froch, 2.88 for Kessler. I am also surprised you can get 2.75 on chilemba to beat bellew. I think it is a 50/50 fight and this one isn't in Liverpool.Final round wrote:What are the odds like for this fight ?

And DeGale picks him in the same issue, so that's 17-0.Final round wrote:oh yeah Graham picked Froch too! :-)
Eric Raskin and Steve Farhood also picked Froch so 19-0-1 as Ian Mcneilly went for a draw!MightyWarrior wrote:And DeGale picks him in the same issue, so that's 17-0.Final round wrote:oh yeah Graham picked Froch too! :-)
Carl rightly looks favorite here - the home crowd roared Kessler on in a razor tight one in Denmark, so logic says it'll be the other way round in the UK, barring cuts or what have you.
I called this week's ago. Get in line.Final round wrote:Green can punch a bit and Kessler got caught a cold early. Does Kessler have the single punch power advantage I think he does.
Everyone is expecting a nice slice of pugilistic war with a Froch win on top.
I'll say it now .
Kessler to knock out Froch on home soil.
No reasoning behind it but I want to be the only man on the planet who calls it right

Kessler is expected to lose by all and sundry.crusader wrote:It seems like most people consider it a close fight, but lean toward Froch. That may account for the lopsided prediction tally despite the fight being viewed as well-matched.
Actually, Froch is a bigger favourite in Denmark than in Britain.Andypittcov wrote:Indeed, ask 15 Danes and it would be 15-0 Kesslerdbflex wrote:I mentioned this on Twitter but I feel if more than two of the 15 people surveyed had been non-Brits then the result msy well have been different.
