Hoping they show Mike Perez Vs Travis 'Freight Train' Walker first but judging by the start time and finished (9.45pm-11.30pm) and the time it takes Wlad to get to the ring, tied in with the fact that Germany is 1 hour in front, I'm not that hopeful.

Should be good to see what shape Perez is in.

234 is a dreadful weight for Mike Perez. Way too heavy.

I actually had no idea that Wlad was fighting tonight. it's had zero coverage.

Just goes to show that no-one really gives a sh!t any more. At least outside Ukraine/Germany.

Seems like Wlad and Vitali get these guys in for sparring, then set up a fight for with them a year later, once they've had a good look at them in camp.

Pianeta is the poorest challenger for a while, even though he's unbeaten in 29 fights. Even a 43yo Botha took him the distance last year, and thats one of the biggest names on his record. The lad has overcome cancer so knows how to battle, but its still a mismatch for me. Wlad by KO in 4

thats a shame ive been having trouble sleeping recently but i was planning on staying up later than 9.46.

I like the Klitschko's. They are wonderful ambassadors for boxing. They get their business done in the ring and are all time greats capable of competing in any era.

I just wish they had some competition, but they don't so its hardly their fault.

All time greats? The Brothers K? Boxing once or twice a year, against hand-picked human dreck?

The fringe guys who KOd Wlad and left him quivering on the floor aren't greats, neither is Wlad.

Vitali, what's his body of work? Ergh.

Indeed, it's been much worse in his comeback. All of his fans that applaud him not fighting Haye are ignoring that he's passing up what would be the greatest win of his career, if he could manage it.

I'd disagree with that, they are excellent businessmen who have built a brand, marketed it well, recovered from dips and learnt from these in order to reposition the product at the top of the market. This doesn't mean they would compete with the best from other eras

I think he meant to quote me. Haye is a huge trigger for people. He earned it with the miserable fight with Wlad, though I'm not sure why Wlad gets a pass just because he won. Anyway, Haye would be Vitali's best win by quite a bit. I wasn;t demanding that he fight him, just pointing out how poor his ledger is.

As there is no boxing live on Sky Sports or the Home of Boxing (AlledgedNation) tonight and that i don't fork out for ESPN on top of these, can anyone point me in the right direction?

I think it's telling that the two lone men who were both fit and showed Wlad a little defensive nous were able to easily go 12 rds with him, in some of the most boring scenes boxing has ever witnessed. This man is no fighter.

Vitali made a big song and dance about how he would stop Haye and shut him up, but he's been very quiet since Haye cracked Chisora. That obviously spooked the old boy.

He seemed all but retired until another fat easy mark became his mandatory in Bermane Stiverne. Now we're in for yet another signature risk free Vitali whale harpooning whilst hoping someone else deals with Haye for him.

I wouldnt be so sure of Vitali beating Stiverne that easily. Stiverne has some decent boxing skills aswell power. He wont be a walk in the park.

I dont see Vitali stopping Haye. Maybe in the past he would of but he's getting old and he's considerably slower. Id really pick Haye to beat Vitali now.
