Joey Starr?

Does anyone have any info on a boxer from Jersey City NJ in the early to mid 20's named Joey Starr???......On boxrec.com they have him down as Joey Tarr which is wrong...he is my grandfather and i have a scrap book of him with many articles......He fought Mike Ballerino to a draw in 27'.....Ballerino was the junior lightweight champ at the time......Any info on him would be much appreciated...thanks....DJS
