I think he's actually pretty thick and is a poor presenter especially given his experience.

we need more shows like this that cover the whole of boxing now matter what TV station they are on, and doesn't just promote their own fighters. Buncey has served his apprentaship from amatuer boxing to the pro ranks and is one of the few characters left in the sport of dying characters!

I prefer Steve B with Barry in the studio opposed to Steve B and Steve L in the studio.

He deeply loves the sport and he's a real character, but he comes out with absolute horseshit time after time. I wish he would slow down and think about what he's saying now and then.

Bunce would be more tolerable if he didn't sell himself as something he's not.

Complete bell end. Would love to see him hammered into the quick.

He's too much of a show off to be interesting, completely self absorbed. He definitely has aspergers - doesn't listen to what anyone else says - and when he actually manages to, for 5 seconds or so, he cant help cutting in with his own opinion ( far more important, in his mind )

Where you have to give him credit is that he can be plonked down in front of a camera on live tv for an hour and he can rattle on ad lib, there are not a lot of broadcasters who can do that.

Good guy, knowledgeable and loves the sport, it's just that voice of his man....

Bunce is a prick, and a conceited asshole who has let his ego get the best of him. But that being said, I cant complain, he was the main reason the whole 'Cunningham/Defibaugh' thing exploded overseas and made its way onto ESPN.CO.UK and on Buncey's show. Jesus bless.

I think this sums him up well...as they say in the trade.

...I missed the show but..the whole of boxing...really? They covered some Miniweights, some female fighters and some of the stuff from the East?

i like it when he brings up all the brit fighters and fights of the past.
first few times i heard him talk i thought his accent sounded like an affect.
i know there are people who genuinely talk like that but for some reason when he does
it he sounds like he's trying to immitate a bad oliver twist play in kansas, like
he's working extra hard to sound like vox populi

I used to have great respect for him. But his defending of Warren at times is cringeworthy. And these days he seems capable of picking a fight in a phone box.
His knowledge is second to none and it's great that he gets all sorts of boxing people on the allegedly sofa, I just wish he would remember he's a journalist first and foremost.
He really doesn't like web writers either...

A decent boxing pundit with a sense of humour. A rare combination to say the least!

A sense of humour? I mean he does laugh at his own jokes, but his humour wasn't so evident on here. He whinged, whined, made threats, and put down a number of people trying to get their foot on the ladder. Knows his boxing, but he's a twat. I still cringe about his "me and Barry" crap when the fella called up and swore at him. Bunce is fine if smoke is blown up his arse, otherwise, not so much.

He's not boring though. Most boxing presenters are deathly dull!
