Jimmy Wilde. Really only a straw-weight; he was regularly knocking out men who outweighed him by 10+ lbs.

Few obvious ones already mentioned like Naz and Benn. Would also add:

Ensley Bingham
Tony Sibson
Mick Mills
Jimmy Flint
Mickey Hughes (that KO if Jacobs!)
David Haye

Feel like I'm missing some really obvious names, but those are the ones that spring to mind...

Yep, fair call mate. He's often over-looked as he was unable to hurt the guys he mixed with at a world-class level, such as Witherspoon, but he was devastating the level below that.
Reminds me a bit of Henry Wharton in that regard.

I was chatting to craig winter tonight who fought and sparred pretty much everyone in north west (and further afield) around welter to super middle in the early to late 90s and he said pat was lb 4 lb the hardest hitter by a country mile. He said he thought he was the bees knees until he went to Brian Hughes gym when pat was training for his second title shot. craig said he was vicious, and so sharp.

Apparently barret also took a young ricky hatton to school dropping him with body shots. This inspired ricky to become the body puncher he was. Allegedly.
