I'd say that Joe Fraziers swarmer style. Along with Joes larger size, strength & intensity would be way too much for Ezzard.

A Joe Frazier vs. Joe Louis match up. ---- That SURE would be a war.

In this hypothetical fight, I would give the nod to Frazier. Due to Fraziers fighting style. Also, due to Fraziers physical build & physical abilities.

Joe Frazier vs. Tom Sharkey. ---- I would give the nod to Joe. Joes strength would be too much for Sharkey.


Joe Frazier vs. Jack Johnson. ---- I would say that Joe would beat Jack. Fraziers style & strength would be too much for Jack Johnson.


Joe Frazier vs. Sam Langford. ---- I would give the nod to Joe. Joes style & strength would overpower Sam.


Joe Frazier vs. Sam McVey. ---- I say that Joe would beat Sam. Again, Joes style & strength being the dominant equations. Which would overpower Sam.


Joe Frazier vs. Joe Jeanette. ---- This fight would be very competitive. I would still give the nod to Frazier. With Fraziers pace & stamina overpowering Jeanette.



Joe Frazier vs. Jack Dempsey. ---- This fight would be very, very competitive. I would give a slight edge to Joe. But, Jack Dempsey would have a chance. Due to Jacks slugger style & Jacks punching power. Primarily Jack having lethal punching power in both of his fists.

So, a Frazier / Dempsey matchup, this could be called a "toss up".

Agree on all the others and I think that Joe's pressure eventually gets to the Brown Bomber. The first few rounds would be scary for Frazier fans. Wouldn't bet much but I think Frazier comes through.

I agree with this.

Joe almost had a disdain for light heavyweights & I just can't imagine a 175lber ever living with a prime Frazier, even one as great as Ezzard Charles.
